Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse with a background in procurement and healthcare services to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge with procurement expertise to ensure the efficient sourcing and management of medical supplies, equipment, and services. A valid Qatari Driving License is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the procurement of medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare services.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to identify procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products.
• Support in vendor relationship management and service quality evaluation.
• Provide nursing insights to align procurement decisions with patient care standards.
• Travel between healthcare facilities, suppliers, and service providers as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare procurement/services.
• Strong knowledge of hospital supply chain, medical products, and healthcare services.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare service procurement department.

Familiarity with Qatar’s healthcare procurement policies and regulations.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
