Nursery Arabic Classroom Teacher (female )

Job Overview:

Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is looking for an experienced and passionate Classroom Teacher who is fluent in Classical Arabic and holds and Educational Bachelor, Educational diploma, or an NCFE CACHE Level 3 certification in Early Years Education. The ideal candidate will provide a high-quality Arabic learning experience, ensuring children develop strong linguistic and cognitive skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver an engaging Arabic language curriculum that fosters children's development.

-Implement interactive learning activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.

-Address individual learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

-Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.

-Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

-Maintain compliance with UAE early childhood education standards.

-Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching techniques.

-Organize and lead cultural and educational events aligned with the nursery’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills:

-NCFE CACHE Level 3 certification in Early Years Education (mandatory).

- At least 2 years of experience in nursery or kindergarten teaching (Preferred with toddlers 2-3 years old).

-Fluent in Classical Arabic (spoken and written).

-Strong child-focused teaching approach using modern educational techniques.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills.

-Knowledge of UAE childcare laws and best practices.
