Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Centre Manager / Principal to lead our nursery operations. The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive student admissions, manage day-to-day administration, and ensure full compliance with KHDA regulations. This role is pivotal to the nursery’s growth and success, requiring a strategic thinker with exceptional communication, people management, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions & Sales (Top Priority)

· Actively manage and convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

· Conduct impactful nursery tours that showcase the brand and curriculum value.

· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admissions targets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.

2. KHDA Compliance & Regulatory Management (Top Priority)

· Ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with all KHDA guidelines and updates.

· Handle documentation and submission for staff approvals, student registration, inspections, and all regulatory communications.

· Lead KHDA inspections and maintain readiness throughout the year.

3. Nursery Operations & Administration

· Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.

· Supervise administrative processes including student records, HR files, fees, and parent communications.

· Support the management of nursery resources, supplies, and facilities.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Management

· Lead and motivate staff to uphold the nursery’s vision, values, and standards.

· Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training in collaboration with the Academic Coordinator.

· Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.

5. Digital Marketing & Brand Representation

· Work with internal or external digital marketing teams to support social media presence, campaigns, and brand engagement.

· Contribute to content ideas and promotions that help attract admissions and increase visibility.

· Represent the nursery in community and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Mandatory: CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Leadership or Nursery Management.

· Education: Bachelor's degree (required); postgraduate or professional qualification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood setting in the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of KHDA requirements and processes.

· Proven experience in sales and parent conversion.

· Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proactive, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.

Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.
