SENIOR ARCHITECT

Job Summary:
The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that architectural projects meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements. This role involves overseeing junior architects, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs comply with regulations, budgets, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept through to detailed drawings and construction.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications prepared by the design team.
• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and relevant laws.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and draftsmen.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for assigned projects.
• Oversee design changes, problem-solving, and technical challenges during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional architectural license/registration is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
