Nursery Manager – Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the daily operations of our dynamic nursery. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and education for children while maintaining a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of passionate educators and uphold excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.
• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to support children's holistic development.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursery staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
• Stay updated on childcare regulations, ensuring compliance with UAE licensing requirements and best practices.
• Organize and participate in nursery events, staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Support marketing initiatives by actively promoting the nursery’s programs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and KHDA App
• KHDA-approved CACHE Level 5 certification is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role within a childcare setting in both Dubai and Europe.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education methodologies, EYFS framework, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
