Operation Officer- Nursery

Nursery Operations Officer to oversee health protocols and lead daily operational standards across the nursery. This unique role requires operational leadership, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for our children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day non-academic operations across the nursery to ensure smooth and compliant functioning.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure nursery facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Ensure administrative systems (e.g., filing, child records, registration, inventory) are efficient and accurate.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to manage petty cash, supplier invoices, and operational budgeting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, renewals, and staff records.
• Provide executive-level support, managing schedules, tasks, and communications as required by management.
• Provide operational leadership to ensure nursery policies are effectively applied on the floor.
• Oversee and manage operational projects, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with academic and admin teams to plan and execute internal and external nursery events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in nurseries, schools, or healthcare settings
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong leadership and operational management skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
