Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dynamic Nursery Manager to oversee curriculum coordination, admissions, parent relations, staff support, and daily nursery operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of early childhood education environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Parent Relations

  • Manage and guide parents through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain student records and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and nursery regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct nursery tours and provide accurate information about programs and policies.

Marketing & Communication

  • Support marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the nursery at community events and open days.
  • Coordinate updates on the nursery website and social media platforms.
  • Assist in enhancing the nursery’s public image and community engagement.

Curriculum & Academic Support

  • Support teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities.
  • Monitor classroom practices to ensure quality learning standards.
  • Assist in planning educational events, celebrations, and learning activities.
  • Promote a positive, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.

Safety & Staff Coordination

  • Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and support staff in maintaining compliance standards.
  • Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication among teaching and support staff.
  • Support management in maintaining smooth daily nursery operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a nursery, school, or educational setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of child safety and nursery compliance regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
