Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a well-established nursery in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of early childhood education, staff leadership, parent engagement, and regulatory compliance while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
• Lead, train, mentor, and supervise teaching and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, health and safety requirements, and safeguarding standards.
• Manage admissions, enrollment processes, and parent communications.
• Monitor educational programs and child development initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operational plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children and staff.
• Maintain high standards of care, education, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery, preschool, or early childhood education management.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in staff management, curriculum implementation, parent relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
