Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the daily operations of our nursery. The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and EYFS standards, maintain excellent relationships with parents, and drive operational excellence across all nursery functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the nursery.

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.

- Ensure compliance with UAE nursery regulations and EYFS standards.

- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, hygiene, and child safety.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.

- Oversee admissions, enrolment, attendance, and administrative processes.

- Monitor staff performance and support professional development.

- Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational activities.

- Prepare operational reports and communicate with senior management.

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-focused culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of Nursery Management experience in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Fluency in English is required.

- Arabic language is an advantage.

- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
