Nursery Nurse

Job Summary:

Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to lead the implementation of health and safety protocols, while providing pediatric nursing care within our nursery environment. This position combines clinical expertise with operational awareness to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality space for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:Health & Safety (Nursing Duties):

• Maintain and regularly update children’s medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and support the nursery during inspections.
• Monitor and enforce nursery-wide health, hygiene, and illness prevention protocols.
• Administer first aid and respond promptly to medical emergencies for both children and staff.
• Maintain the nursery clinic to be clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with DHA and internal standards.
• Conduct basic health and safety training sessions for staff, including first aid, hygiene practices, and illness prevention policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Must hold or be eligible for a DHA license (Registered Nurse)
• Experience in pediatric or school/nursery settings is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and best practices
