About Us: Jayfields Nursery is a wholesale plant production nursery located 20kms north of Holbrook in southern NSW.
This role will work alongside our Nursery Team, focusing on the maintenance and care of mass production native seedlings.

• 
  Core Capabilities of Successful Candidates:

1. • Must have own reliable transport
2. • Previous experience in horticulture a must
3. • Be reliable - 5 days a week
4. • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
5. • Good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work, standing on your feet for most of the day
6. • Able to follow instructions
7. • Strong teamwork abilities
8. • High attention to detail
9. • Highly motivated and shows initiative

12. Role Description:
13. A successful applicants will work closely with management and co-workers to perform a diverse variety of seasonal tasks including:
14. • Plant Consolidation: Prepare large scale orders ready for dispatch.
15. • Order Management: Help pick, sort, and prepare large scale clients in accordance with plant health and nursery requirements.
16. • Weed Management: Ensure weeds are removed and managed throughout the nursery
17. • General Duties: Assist with logistics/delivery of plant/rack movements and the general cleanliness of the nursery site
