Nursery Teacher

We’re looking for a motivated and caring Nursery Teacher who is eager to make a positive impact in young children’s lives. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum, foster a joyful and inclusive classroom, and partner with families to support each child’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver Lessons: Plan and implement fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate lessons that align with early learning standards and promote holistic development.
• Manage Classroom Environment: Build a safe, welcoming, and structured space that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Engage & Inspire: Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, play, arts, and group activities to engage students.
• Monitor Progress: Observe and assess children’s development regularly, adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
• Support Individual Needs: Recognize and address unique challenges and provide tailored support to help every child thrive.
• Communicate with Families: Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and classroom happenings.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with colleagues and leadership to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Maintain Classroom Resources: Organize and care for learning materials and ensure the classroom remains inviting and orderly.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures to create a secure learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom or preschool setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging learning experiences
• Patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
• Comfortable using educational technologies and digital resources

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
