Work Responsibilities of a Mother Teacher :

• Teaching all core subjects (Language, Math, Environmental Studies, etc.) to the same set of students.
• Creating lesson plans that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with curriculum goals.
• Building a secure emotional environment where children feel safe and valued.
• Helping students adjust to school life, especially in early grades.
• Encouraging positive behavior and social skills, including sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
• Regular communication with parents, updating them on academic and emotional progress.
• Participating in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and addressing parental concerns.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Managing classroom routines, discipline, and transitions smoothly.
• Encouraging student participation and maintaining positive teacher-student relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
