Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and qualified Nursery School Teacher to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 2–5 years. The teacher will support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in line with approved early childhood frameworks and school policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or Early Childhood Education (QFE 7)
- Examples include:
- BA (Early Years Education)
- BSc (Early Childhood)
- Valid teaching license/certification (as required by local authorities)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early learning center (preferred)
- Experience implementing play-based and child-centered learning approaches
Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Curriculum Planning & Implementation
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
- Design engaging activities that promote literacy, numeracy, creativity, and motor skills.
- Implement play-based learning strategies to foster holistic development.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs.
2. Child Development & Assessment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student growth and milestones.
- Identify developmental delays or behavioral concerns and communicate appropriately.
3. Classroom Management
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Establish routines and positive behavior guidance strategies.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
4. Student Wellbeing
- Foster emotional security and positive self-esteem.
- Encourage social interaction and conflict resolution skills.
- Support children’s independence and self-help skills.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide progress reports.
- Collaborate with families to support children’s learning at home.
6. Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
7. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Support school events and activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
