Nursery Teacher

This is an on-site teaching role in the United Arab Emirates focused on delivering safe, stimulating, and inclusive early learning experiences for children aged 2–5.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons that align with the centre's early years curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Create and maintain a nurturing, safe classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
• Observe, document and assess each child’s development; use observations to inform differentiated activities and individualized learning plans.
• Manage classroom routines and behaviour with positive guidance techniques to foster independence and cooperation.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians—share progress updates, learning highlights and collaborate on development goals.
• Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures; prepare learning spaces, manage resources and contribute to centre-wide events and planning.
