Jack and Jill Nursery teacher Cache 3 Certified, creates a safe, stimulating environment, plans and implements age-appropriate activities and lessons, monitors child development, and communicates regularly with parents and other staff. Key duties include fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth, maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and adapting teaching methods to individual children's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and curriculum focused on the holistic development of young children.
• Classroom Environment: Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where children can explore and learn.
• Child Monitoring: Observe, assess, and track each child's progress in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, providing regular feedback.
• Parent Communication: Maintain strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, communicating regularly about their child's development and any concerns.
• Collaboration: Work with fellow educators, nursery staff, and parents to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall improvement.
• Safety & Health: Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and adheres to all health and safety standards.
• Classroom Management: Implement appropriate classroom management strategies and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
