Personal Care Aide
The Villa Personal Care home is a 35 private room personal care home that provides assistance to a geriatric population. We are seeking part time nurse's aides/personal care aides, or CNAs to assist in caring for our residents in a professional, compassionate and considerate manner for daylight (630am-3pm) and afternoon (230-11pm) shifts. The ideal candidates will be compassionate, reliable, responsible, motivated and experienced in providing diverse basic care while remaining patient and calm. Must be able to communicate with residents and their families to provide comfort, education and instructions. Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to rotate all shifts for training and as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety protocols.
