Job Title: Home Care Nurse (DHA Licensed Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to provide professional healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will hold a DHA license (or eligibility letter) and demonstrate excellent patient care, clinical knowledge, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes as per prescribed treatment plans.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health progress.
• Assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per DHA and company standards.
• Educate patients and family members on health management, recovery, and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and professional nursing standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DHA License / Eligibility Letter (mandatory or preferred, depending on hiring criteria).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum [X] years of clinical or home care nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to home care settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.
