Nursing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor to teach and guide nursing students in academic and clinical settings. The candidate must have strong subject knowledge and good teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes for GNM / B.Sc Nursing students.
• Supervise students during clinical postings and skill labs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Guide students in projects, assignments, and practical exams.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and evaluation sheets.
• Support internal/external examinations and academic activities.

Requirements:

• M.Sc Nursing (Community Health / Psychiatric specialization).
• 1–3 years teaching/clinical experience.
• Strong communication and student-handling skills.
• Proficiency in nursing procedures and clinical supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
