Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Nursing Assistant Instructor. The instructor will design and deliver training sessions for aspiring nursing assistants, Caregiver ensuring alignment with the institute's standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting both theoretical and practical training, evaluating student performance, mentoring students, and staying updated on best practices and relevant healthcare advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and healthcare protocols
• Hands-on experience in clinical settings and training environments
• Teaching, mentorship, and classroom management skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Deploma in Nursing or a related field; a valid nursing certification or licenses are required
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant instructor is highly desirable
• Ability to work patiently with diverse groups of students to foster a positive learning environment
