Nursing Educator

Hiring for the east point hospitals and medical college for the position of Nursing Educator....

Responsibilities:

• Conducts training sessions and workshops for nursing staff.
• Provides clinical teaching during ward rounds and procedures.
• Assesses training needs and updates nurses on new protocols.
• Oversees induction/orientation programs for new nurses.
• Evaluates staff competency and maintains training records.
• Ensures adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.
• Supports continuous professional development activities.
• Coordinates training plans with nursing supervisors and department heads.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing (mandatory); M.Sc Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience.
• Good communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and nursing standards.
