Nursing Educator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Educator to join our Private Nursing Services team. The ideal candidate will support clinical excellence by developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our nursing staff, ensuring practice aligns with national standards, PNS policies, and patient-centred care principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver orientation, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development programmes for PNS nursing staff.
• Conduct competency assessments, skills checklists, and annual competency validation.
• Ensure all training materials comply with MOPH, DHP, and organisational standards.
• Support nurses in clinical practice through coaching, supervision, and bedside teaching.
• Identify learning needs and prepare annual education plans.
• Develop policies, procedures, and evidence-based guidelines where required.
• Assist in quality audits, infection control compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports for management.
• Support Performance Improvement and clinical governance within PNS.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Quality, and Nursing teams to ensure workforce readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Valid DHP Nursing License in Qatar.
• Minimum 7 years clinical experience, including 2+ years in a training/educator role.
• BLS/ACLS Instructor certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of patient care standards, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
