Nursing Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Educator to train, mentor, and continuously develop hospital nursing staff. The role focuses on improving clinical competence, patient safety, compliance with NABH standards, and supporting ongoing professional development of nurses across departments.

Location: Pezhakkappilly, Muvattupuzha

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.S.c Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Kerala Registration .
• Prior experience in staff training / education preferred
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on training schedules
• Commitment to continuous learning and staff development

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
