Nursing Superintendent-Training and Education

Orientation Training

· Induction training of New Joinee staff.

· Successful completion of OSCE within 30 days of joining.

· Handholding of new joinees.

In-service education:· Incident based improvement training.· Department specific module based training.Mandatory trainings: · Training on JCI, NABH standards & guidelines.· BLS/ACLS trainings.· Infection control training.· Fire Safety· Radiation Safety.· POCT· FMS· Continuous nursing education.· Refresher trainings.· Training Reports to be submitted to Head of Nursing education:· Monthly training summary of the department.· Employee training hours data Quality improvement projects

Identifying Gap

Collecting baseline data

Analyzing the deviations

Improving the process

Holding the Gains.

Nursing Excellence

· Updating of Quality Indicators on daily basis.

· Incidents analysis.

· Closure of all incidents with RCA & CAPA (within TAT) along with Nursing Quality.

· Patient feedback analysis, improvement & closure.

· Carry’s out duties with due regard to the nursing Mission, Vision, Objectives of the organization and the nursing department

Nursing PMS

  • Monitoring of performance of staff nurses through KRA.
  • Identification of training needs assessment.
  • Quality improvement trainings.

Others.

  • In case of Crisis, management of patient to avoid any delay or compromise in Patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
