About the Role:

As the Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the facility. You’ll lead a committed team to deliver exceptional care while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure the highest standards of care and services.

• Lead and support department heads to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Current, valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator license (required).

• Proven experience in long-term care administration.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
