Job Summary:

The Nursing Incharge will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining discipline, and overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between doctors, patients, and hospital management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring smooth functioning of the department.
  • Assign duties and schedules to nurses based on patient and hospital requirements.
  • Ensure quality patient care, safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Monitor nursing staff performance and provide training where necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of patient care, staff attendance, and reports.
  • Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments.
  • Handle grievances of patients and staff professionally.
  • Ensure proper inventory and availability of medical supplies.
  • Enforce infection control measures and hospital policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
  • Registration with the State Nursing Council is required.

Location: As per hospital requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
