Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Nursing Incharge (Female) to oversee clinical operations across multiple branches in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, West, South, and Central zones. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for maintaining high standards of patient care. This is a travel-intensive role requiring regular inspections and coordination across locations.

Work Locations:

• West Zone: Ganapathy, Tiruppur (TUP), Sundarapuram, Thudiyalur, Pollachi, Erode, Sathyamangalam
• South Zone: Trichy, Tanjore, Madurai, Nagapattinam, Sivakasi
• Central Zone: Salem, Hosur, Attur, Harur, Namakkal, Pennagaram, Thirupathur, Dharmapuri
• Chennai Zone: Karapakkam, Tambaram, Madipakkam, Vadapalani (C2), Urapakkam

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Conduct regular audits and inspections across branches
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and quality care delivery
• Train and mentor junior nurses and support staff
• Coordinate with doctors and administrative teams for seamless operations
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to management when necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution
• 5–15 years of nursing experience, preferably in supervisory roles
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across Tamil Nadu
• Ability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges
• Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital protocols is a plus
