Job Title: Senior Nursing Incharge (Female Only)

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Nursing Incharge (Female) . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for maintaining high standards of patient care. This is a travel-intensive role requiring regular inspections and coordination across locations.

Work Locations:

• Salem,Hosur,Attur,Harur,Namakkal,Pennagaram,Thirupathur,Dharmapuri

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Conduct regular audits and inspections across branches
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and quality care delivery
• Train and mentor junior nurses and support staff
• Coordinate with doctors and administrative teams for seamless operations
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to management when necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution
• 5+ years of nursing experience, preferably in supervisory roles
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges
• Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital protocols is a plus
