Nursing Incharge

Ø Responsible for managing, supervising and assisting the nursing staff, as well as providing administrative support and patient care.

Ø Regular duties include directing the admission, discharge and general flow of patients, and assigning nurses and support staff to patients.

Ø Provide guidance on administering care to new patients or those with special needs and answer questions regarding protocol.

Ø To work with other nurses and patients to create a plan of care that is individualized to a patient's needs.

Ø Develop and implement training courses and organize seminars to help educate and train new nurses and staff.

Ø Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards

Ø Review and approve nursing policies and procedures

Ø Evaluate nursing staff performance

Ø Train nursing management staff and coordinate educational programs for patients and their families

Ø Facilitate meetings with medical staff from other departments

Ø Implement quality assurance systems

Ø Develop new patient care programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
