Job Description :-

• Overall supervision of nursing staff and duty rosters
• Ensuring quality patient care & adherence to nursing protocols
• Coordination with doctors, administration & support departments
• Training, mentoring & performance monitoring of nursing staff
• Maintaining nursing documentation, audits & NABH standards
• Managing infection control practices & patient safety norms
• Handling patient attendants’ concerns related to nursing care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
