Job Description

The Scholars College of Nursing and Health Sciences is looking for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our academic team as a Nursing Instructor. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing students, guiding them in clinical practice, and supporting their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical training to nursing students

Supervise students during clinical practice and hospital rotations


Evaluate students through assignments, practical exams, and assessments

Ensure students follow professional nursing standards and ethics

Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students

Maintain academic records and participate in institutional activities

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PNC registration

BSN / Post RN BSN (MSN will be preferred)

Teaching or clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and mentoring skills

Passion for teaching and training future nurses
