Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager, located in Lahore. The Nursing Manager will oversee all nursing activities, ensuring high-quality care for all patients, and manage nursing staff effectively. They will also be responsible for developing nursing policies, coordinating patient care plans, managing critical care units, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Expertise in Nursing and Medicine
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine and Patient Care
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Relevant certification or licensure in Nursing
