Job Title: Nursing Manager

Location: Onsite – Hayat Abad- Peshawar

Working Days: Mon-Friday (Sat half day)

Job Purpose

The Manager Nursing is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role includes leadership, training, scheduling, and operational management, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and promoting a professional nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Clinical Nursing Management

Analyze, upgrade, and implement management systems for clinical nursing staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to hospital standards.

2. **Policy & Coordination

Participate in all scheduled meetings

3. **Training & Development

Responsible for establishing and managing training and development of clinical nursing staff.

4. **Shift Management

Assign shifts and schedules on a 24-hour basis, ensuring proper relief, rotation, and workload balance.

5. **Staff Supervision

Supervise, monitor, and maintain discipline, professional conduct, and appearance of the nursing staff.

Guide and assist nursing staff in fulfilling their responsibilities.

6. **Patient Care Environment

Promote a pleasant and professional environment to strengthen nurse-patient relationships.

7. **Recruitment Support

Serve as a member of the interview panel for recruitment of new nurses.

8. **Hostel Oversight

Oversee the RMI Nursing Hostel and ensure compliance with institutional standards.

9. **Reporting & Administration

Report daily hospital and nursing activities to the DMS.

Verify confirmation lists with CNS for nursing staff and ward boys, and submit signed records to HR for salary processing.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (MSN/ MHA) or related field.

Experience

• 10-14 years of total nursing experience, including:
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience
• 3-5 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
