Nursing Manager - Oncology

Requirements:

5 to 6 years of relevant experience

Qualification:

Diploma in General Nursing / BSCN / Post RN BScN / Diploma in Midwifery

Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care for oncology patients across all related departments (Outpatient Department, Inpatient Department, chemotherapy day care, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to oncology nursing protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures.
• Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, and ensure adequate coverage across all oncology units.
• Lead, supervise, and support the oncology nursing team.
• Monitor documentation practices, medication safety, patient identification protocols, and nursing audits.
• Organize training sessions focused on oncology nursing and patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patient counselors to ensure holistic care.
• Promote patient-centered care by maintaining empathy, dignity, and effective communication throughout the treatment journey.
