Nursing Officer - Homecare

Your day to day is:

· Care and coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales team, home healthcare providers, and family members. Arrange post-discharge follow-up visits and teleconsultations.

· Education & Counseling: Provide patient and family education on disease management, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.

· Care Plan Development and Review: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for clients, regularly reviewing and updating them to meet their changing needs.

· Escalation Handling: Address and resolve any escalated issues or concerns from clients, families, or caregivers, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
