Nursing Quality Manager - NAURU DEPLOYMENT

We Are Hiring: Quality Manager
Country Location: Nauru Medical Centre, Republic of Nauru

Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with international and local healthcare accreditation standards.
• Monitor patient safety, risk management, and infection control programs.
• Conduct clinical audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Collect, analyze, and present data on hospital performance and patient outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to maintain quality standards.
• Train and guide staff on quality assurance and patient safety practices.
• Develop, review, and update hospital policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Report quality performance and improvement strategies to hospital leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hospital quality management or healthcare compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international accreditation systems (e.g., JCI, ISO, ACHS).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
