Job Summary:

The Nursing Staff provides essential patient care, monitors health status, administers treatments, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure the well-being of patients. They are responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and provide wound care.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare teams to create and update care plans. Communicate with patients and families about treatment and recovery.
• Monitoring: Observe patient health, identify changes, and report to medical team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and update as needed.
