Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support doctors in medical procedures. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per medical directives and protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and healthy practices.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Follow infection control and hospital safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
• [0-5+] years of relevant experience (as per requirement).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
