We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse (Sister) to join our team in the ICU and General Ward. The candidate should be compassionate, disciplined, and capable of handling critically ill patients as well as routine ward care efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and ward settings under supervision of treating doctors.
• Monitor and record vital signs, IV infusions, oxygen therapy, urine output, and other critical parameters.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing notes, medication charts, and reports.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and aseptic techniques are maintained.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients.
• Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and housekeeping staff for smooth functioning.
• Maintain equipment and instruments in proper working condition.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their attendants.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/ANM/OTHER
• Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council
• Experience:
• ICU: Minimum 2 year (preferred)
• Ward: Fresher or experienced both can apply

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
