Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our healthcare team in Vyttila, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a background in B.Sc. Nursing or GNM and be ready to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing services as per medical instructions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain patient records.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds.
• Maintain hygiene and infection control standards.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a clinical or hospital setting
• Must be registered with the Kerala Nursing Council
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
