Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, and OPD.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals, record observations, and report to doctors.
- Assist in medical procedures, diagnostic tests, and emergency care.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in patient areas.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care, and preventive health.
- Maintain nursing documentation, reports, and patient records.
- Support doctors during rounds, surgeries, and emergency situations.
- Ensure safe handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ANM/ GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (with valid registration from State Nursing Council/INC).
- Prior clinical experience preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of patient care, nursing procedures, and medical ethics.
- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
