Senior Nursing Faculty (M.Sc Nursing)

Technical Duties<ul><li>Collect blood samples from donors or patients following strict safety and hygiene protocols.</li><li>Test blood for blood type, Rh factor, and infectious diseases (HIV, hepatitis, etc.).</li><li>Prepare blood components, such as red cells, plasma, and platelets, for transfusion.</li><li>Label and store blood products correctly in temperature-controlled environments.</li><li>Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring calibration and sterilization standards are met.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of blood donations, test results, and transfusions.</li><li>Document storage conditions, expiration dates, and blood usage logs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, such as those from the FDA, AABB, or local health authorities.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with doctors, nurses, and lab personnel to fulfill blood product requests.</li><li>Monitor blood inventory and communicate shortages or needs.</li><li>Participate in emergency response for trauma or mass casualty situations.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Adhere to infection control and biosafety protocols.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks and report abnormalities.</li><li>Dispose of biological waste according to hazardous material guidelines.</li></ul>Experience Required:- Minimum 3 - 5 YearsEmail your resume:-mmchsiwanofficial@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
