Job Description:

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing courses
• Supervise clinical training in hospitals or community settings
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials
• Conduct nursing or healthcare-related research
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Guide students in thesis/dissertation work
• Mentor junior faculty members
• Lead academic committees
• Contribute to curriculum design and accreditation processes
• Advise students academically and professionally
• Support career development and research projects

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) – minimum requirement
• PhD in Nursing – often required/preferred
• Extensive clinical experience (3–15+ years)
• Research publications
• Teaching experience in higher education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹30,703.00 per month
