NURSING STAFF (GNM/BSC)

About the Role

We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in patient care, documentation, and clinical procedures, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as per doctor’s instructions.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors in rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
• Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and patient safety.
• Support patient and family education regarding care plans.
• Check and manage ward inventory, equipment, and emergency supplies.

Requirements

• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
• Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,631.69 per month
