Nursing Staff (LPN/RN) PRN - Flexible Scheduling!

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

Schedules


  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Opportunities

  • PRN
    • Minimum 3 full 12 hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday OR a Sunday

Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Education - Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing
  • Licenses - Must have an active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio, CPR certified
  • Specialized Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
    • Excellent bedside manner
    • Stong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience working with an electronic health record system
