Nursing Superintendent

• Managing the nursing department: Overseeing nursing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care
• Training and educating nursing staff: Ensuring that nursing staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Working with physicians and therapists to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintaining accurate records: Keeping accurate records of patient care and nursing department activities
• General supervision: Ensuring efficient nursing care to all patients in the hospital
• She is responsible for the General supervision of Nursing care given to the patients and all Nursing activities within the Nursing Unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
