Nursing Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead our nursing department. You will oversee patient care standards and manage the nursing staff to ensure efficient hospital operations.

​Main Duties:

• ​Supervise and roster the nursing staff.
• ​Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
• ​Manage inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• ​Train and mentor junior nurses.

​Requirements:

• ​Experience: Minimum 10 Years.
• ​Education: B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing.
• ​Skills: Administration, crisis management, and team leadership.
• ​Salary: Equivalent to experience and skill.
