Nursing Supervisor

Overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care on a shift, handling administrative tasks like scheduling and performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations. They also act as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and other departments, often stepping in to provide direct patient care when needed. Key responsibilities

• Staff and schedule management:
• Assign nurses to patients and schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training or mentorship.
• Assist with hiring and orienting new staff.
• Patient care and operations:
• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Communication and coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate doctor's instructions and explain medical procedures to patients and their families.
• Handle patient and family complaints or grievances.
• Administrative and support duties:
• Maintain accurate records of patient cases, procedures, and nurse files.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and other metrics.
• Assist with budget formulation and manage resources effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
