Nursing Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in assigned wards or units. The role involves administrative, clinical, and managerial responsibilities — ensuring adherence to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

• We are looking for qualified nurses in and around Porur.
• Final salary will be discussed based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
• Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams.
• Communicate effectively with hospital administration regarding nursing and patient issues.
• Attend regular departmental meetings and contribute to policy and protocol updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
