Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage nursing staff across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff duties across wards and critical units
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient care standards
• Monitor patient care quality and nursing practices
• Manage duty rosters and staff allocation
• Train and guide nursing staff for improved performance
• Handle patient care escalations and coordinate with doctors and departments
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BSc Nursing / GNM with supervisory experience
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in hospital nursing, with supervisory exposure preferred
• Valid nursing registration required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage shifts and emergency situations
